The Clarity Rx Prescription Plan (Economy) is low cost and a must for everyone. The monthly fee is as low as $24.95 for one member and $49.95 for an entire family. There is no limit on age.

The Clarity Preferred Prescription Plan (Economy) allows a retail payment in network of $10 for eligible Generic drugs and $20 for eligible Brand drugs on the formulary. (Use the Mail Order Pharmacy for greatest savings.)

For formulary medications, you will be required to pay $10 (generic) or $20 (brand) for each prescription (limited to a 30 day supply or a maximum quantity of 100) unless the prescription cost is less than $10 (generic) or $20 (brand).

If the prescription cost is less than $10 (generic) or $20 (brand), you will pay the lesser amount.

For non-formulary medications, you will pay the entire amount of the prescription, but you will receive preferred pricing with savings of 15 to 60%.

Clarity has over 58,000 participating pharmacies nationwide including many independents.
