Preferred Prescription Plan (Economy)

Retail Payment in Network of $3.00 or $10.00 or less for eligible Generic drugs and $20 for eligible Brand Name drugs on the formulary (See Mail Order for greatest savings).

For FORMULARY medications you will be required to pay $10 or $20 for each prescription (limited to a 30 day supply or a maximum quantity of 100) unless the prescription cost is less than $10 or $20. If the prescription cost is less than $10 or $20, you will pay the lesser amount. Medications on one generic list are priced at $3.00.

For NON-FORMULARY medications you will pay the entire amount of the prescription, but you will receive preferred pricing, savings of 15 to 60%.
